Among the 11,000ers in the Canadian Rockies, The Helmet one of the fewest number of attempts. With just over 100m prominence The Helmet is considered as nothing but part of Mount Robson Massif to many climbers and secondly the climb is pretty much just as long/difficult as Mount Robson itself.
