Crag features

Sarp is an extensive island which lies just offshore to the north of Huisinis. The rock is mostly Lewisian Gneiss, with many quartz-like pegmatite intrusions. The climbing at Mànais Wall extends across three distinct areas: North, Main and South.

Approach notes

The most convenient landing and camping place would be on the Mànais headland which would give easier and relatively quick access to the main areas. The best access to the climbing is to stay close to the coast or to contour around the many bluffs above the lower ground.
