Crag features
Important limestone crag in the French departement of Vienne, about 50km east of Poitiers and 100km south of Tours. The climbing is mainly on steep pocketed walls with the majority of routes graded between F6a and F7c.

There is a campsite at the very pretty village of Angles sur L'Anglin, just a few minutes drive from the crag.

In the village of Angles sur L'Anglin the Tabac Presse as you leave town sells a guidebook for 15 euros (about 10 pounds)

Access notes
From Angles sur l'Anglin, take the D2 towards St Pierre then turn onto the D5 towards St Savin. Turn right onto a minor road leading to the Colonie de Vacances de Puygirault, where there is parking available. Take the obvious path to the crag (5 minutes).

Note: these parking details were correct in 1995, but please check locally before going to the crag.
