Crag features
Popular bouldering area with sandy landings. Firm rock (rare for Wellington area) but can be greasy as it's on the beach.
Some walls get late afternoon sun, variety of aspects.
Good topo here.
Approach notes
Baring Head rocks are at the end of the beach near the lighthouse but be careful crossing the estuary (near the mouth not just below carpark as it's deeper).
Approach time: 20 mins
