A bulging buttress of fine, if occasionally friable, rock located on the hillside below the Parc Merlet. Numerous routes in the high 6th and low to mid 7th grades offer quality climbing on crimps and edges.
Updated summer 2018:
The original approach has stopped being used and is very hard to find or follow. Instead park at the penultimate parking for the Parc de Merlet (layby on the right side of the road). Follow the track just above the marked parking spaces (heading in the direction of the Parc) which leads downhill into the trees, a small path then winds its way across the steep wooded hillside (cairns and some fixed ropes in places) and eventually reaches the crag in about 15 minutes. Steep and muddy in places, especially after rain.
