The cliffs on the south side of the St. Brides Bay and around the entrance to Milford Haven Waterway include a mixture of red sandstone, quartzites, and some volcanic rocks with a small number of esoteric climbs. These are generally of value only if you are staying in this part of Pembrokeshire. However, this area does include some good bouldering on the beautiful beach at Marloes, which features more solid rock and better quality climbing than the routes in this area.
