At the west end of the sandy beach is a small crag with a block leaning up against it, and a cave lite feature
At high tide or in late summer take a line well inland to avoid the bracken, the beach becomes visable just after the ruins at Glasnacardoch. At low tide it's possible to approach by a combination of scrambling around headlands and walking across beaches, avoiding the worst of the bogs and tussocks.
