Ben Cruachan crag Argyll and Bute, SCOTLAND
Climbs 20 – Rocktype Granite – Altitude 950m a.s.l – Faces N
Crag features
Coire Chat (Noe Buttress). The finest winter cliff on the mountain, a truly wild setting with great views north up Loch Etive and beyond, on compact, crack rich granite. The routes are typically 70-80m in length of continuously sustained mixed technical climbing, and with two or three good gully lines as well this crag really will appeal to escapists. The aspect and altitude means that the crag comes into condition very quickly.
