Abseil from a slightly wobbly stake in the obvious boulder, awkward nuts in the boulder, or there is a more substantial boulder 10m off to the Northeast.
Easy to swim in and there is DWS potential on the West face
There has been a large rockfall here. I was using the rockfax Pembroke selective guide, which has two routes included, "Rosary" and "Foot and Mouth". The top 3/4 meters of Foot and Mouth is gone and loose rack left behind. The top half of Rosary is gone, leaving some very unstable rock here and to the left.

|It seems all of 'Rosary' (HS,4b) & the top of 'Foot and Mouth' (VS,4c) have suffered from storm damage - Square Bay, St Davids, Pembroke|
