The foot of the spur is best approached from the A4086, heading up the hill behind the cottage of Cwm Glas Bach. first crag encountered is Waliau Isaf, then in asending order Cam Cyntaf, Disgynfa, Craig Cribflaen and Craig Uchel. Page 267 in the guide
