The upper falls provide a great climbing venue for beginners and experienced climbers. The right hand area gradually steepens from right to left.
Expect to get your photo taken by the visiting tour bus groups.
Many a Canmore climber is world famous in Japan.

Access notes
The Steep mossy wall at the back of the canyon is an ecologically sensitive area, and the habitat of up to 30 species of flora.
This area must not be used for mixed climbing, anyone caught here will be dealt with by the rangers, and could impact on the ability to use this venue for climbing
