Crag features

Some good routes. Up to 44m high on several buttresses. Desperate Remedies(E4), Stern Test(E5), Far from the Madding Crowd(E1) are all nice route. Routes need more traffic and as a result many are covered in moss.

Access notes

Restrictions apply from  1 March - 30 June. Reason - Nesting Birds


The restriction is signed and applies to the whole crag. The birds vary their nest sites and restrictions may be changed.

Visited 23 June 2007, did a couple of routes, not going back. Dirty crag, lots of lichen, although "Far from the madding crowd" was worthwhile.
