Crag features
Solitude and good climbing can be found here; the only slight detraction is the dam construction for the Pump Storage scheme. Slabs and the impressive Pillar of Elidir. Multi-pitch routes to 85 metres.

Access notes
Ample parking and access road near the old quarry workings east of Deiniolen (SH597631). The approach up the tarmac road takes about 45 min. A more traditional approach can be made from Nant Ffrancon via Foel Goch and over Bwlch Y Brecan.
