Access notes
Tidal on the seaward edge.

Follow the lane from the B3306 at the Gurnard's Head Hotel to a row of old coastguard houses. Over a stile, follow 0.5mi through fields to the neck of the headland. Gurnards Head is obvious, Kittiwake Zawn to the W.

Abseil descent is simplest.
