Crag features
Red Rocks. On the plus side you have some of the greatest friction on earth. On the down side, holds can break off here and there. Varnished corners come solid enough though. Sensational colours abound - as long as you like red.

Access notes
The Calico Hills do not require a fee on the east side as they are accessed from just outside the State Park - handy if you don't have a National Parks pass. The state Park costs a few dollars, maybe $8. The nearby Red Rocks campsite has a tendency to fill up so arrive early.
