Pendeen Cliffs Cornwall, ENGLAND
Climbs 38 – Rocktype Killas slate – Altitude Tidal – Faces W
Besides the grades listed there are an E3 and two E5s; but they are the exception among mainly easay climbing. Single (and one multi-pitch) routes up to 150ft. Fine short routes on generally excellent rock, though killas slate should always be taken with care.
Tidal in all areas, also affected by swell and rough seas.
Take the B3306 to Portheras Cross and on to Pendeen Lighthouse: park at the road end above that. The cliffs lie below and to the W.
