I enjoyed evening wall but found the protection a bit spaced. The other routes did not look clean and the crack in Sunny Side up looked very green. There again I'm a bit of a wuss at the moment.Smashing situation and really catches the afternoon sun. sjm

On 24 August 2003 the sun was shining and I would say the outlook was idyllic, and most of the climbing was fab (once it had dried out). But there is a lot of vegetation on Greenup Edge (D) and pitch 2 Gorgorath (VS) rendering the latter problematic. Both E1's are in fine shape though. It's worth a visit on a fine day.

Described in the guide as idyllic. Don't believe a word of it. Nice and quiet though.
