Gwern Graig Rock

Climbs 5 – Rocktype Rhyolite – Altitude 616m a.s.l – Faces SE

Crag features
An outcrop worth visiting just for Gwern Needle. A route that should really be worth 3 stars but is only given two in the current guide. Perhaps only given two due to the mega walk in, but I feel that is all part of the experience and the exposure. Few other routes on here, probably not worth the walk for though.

If anyone knows of any more routes on this crag please get in touch with me.

Access notes
None.

Walk in is tough but straight forward. In good weather the needle can be spotted from about 450m upwards.
