Crag features
Previously known as Matlock Bank Quarry. Below a grassed recreation area at the end of Cavendish Road in Matlock. Extensive gardening has re-instated routes and uncovered bouldering. Lies in a shallow south-facing hollow making it a good winter venue.

Access notes
Council owned. No problems but do not use the hillside to the left to access other crags in the Upper Matlock Quarries.

It's starting to become a bit run down with the less popular climbs becoming overgrown with brambles and litter and broken glass below the popular climbs. It could do with a bit of a clean up.

There's a lot of scope to develop some low grade bouldering to the left of the tor, just needs some gardening and some time. Could be a circuit to keep the locals fresh!
