Yellow Wall, Eyeball Wall, Jackys Tor, Cathedral W Swansea, WALES
Climbs 68 – Rocktype Limestone – Altitude Tidal – Faces S
Crag features
Covers a range of buttresses with some brilliant routes, single- and multi-pitch up to 51m. Yellow Wall in particular has some terrific routes such as Muppet Show (E1 5a), Yellow Wall (E3 5c); on Eyeball Wall, Chantilly Lace (HVS 5b) is very worthwhile.
NOTE:
Chantilly Lace (HVS 5b) is not on Yellow Wall but round the corner on a different crag. Muppet Show and Yellow Wall had a huge rock fall about 9 years ago. The right wall of the corner you see in the picture of Muppet Show in Alun Richardson's Gower guide (with the green cover) is no longer there as the block has gone. Muppet Show now demands 5b-5c face moves off a ledge to get on to the wall and gain the top corner; Yellow Wall has lost the top part of the corner.

Upper Jackys Tor is a fantastic crag, away from the crowds and fantastic mid grade routes, worth a couple of visits.
