An outcrop of the Forest of Dean's Sandstone.

The unusual Sandstone conglomerate is, for the most, full of pebbles ranging from the tiny to hen egg sized.

Access notes
Carefull parking near to the Wye Valley Walk. Follow the this marked walk through farmland directly to the woods (don't cut across farmland - stick to the path). Once in the woods can go left to the West Rim or right to the South East Rim.
