Ant on the classic Edgehog on a gorgeous midge free day, Glen Nevis. Classic! © apollo18
A collection of crags on the north side of Steall Meadows offer some hope of escaping the midge in the summer as the crags are a bit more exposed than most of the crags further down the Glen. On the whole, the routes are a bit harder so it tends to be quiet. There are many brilliant routes though some are a bit neglected and may require a bit of a brush before or during your ascent. As with the rest of Glen Nevis the outlook is stunning and it is quite possibly even better up here.
