Birmingham Mountain Film Festival - UKC Competition

A new Film Festival will be launched at Birmingham's Creation Climbing Centre on the evening of Thursday 25th January and will be followed by a two-day programme of and climbing and mountaineering-focused films and events.

Appearing at this year's festival:

  • Andy Kirkpatrick will be running a unique big wall demo and talk.
  • E11, the award winning film, with Dave MacLeod introducing the film.
  • Posing Productions presents a selection of their shorts culminating in the multi award winning “Set in Stone” after which Dave Birkett will be signing DVDs.

    There will be slacklining and bouldering demonstrations to get involved with as well as master-classes and talks by leading climbers, and a dyno comp with some great prizes.
