You must be an active outdoors person, with climbing, ski/snowboard, surf and fly fishing Patagonia's key sports. You must be highly passionate about Patagonia and its culture and products, you must be determined to build up the brand and sales while providing excellent customer service.

This is a very autonomous role and so the ideal candidate will have good trade contacts, excellent personal skills, tenacity, drive, and especially a strong empathy with Patagonia
