Tomoko Ogawa has done the First Female Ascent of Yuji Hirayama's Mutante, 8A+, at Konoto, Japan. According to her 8a scorecard, it's her 2nd of the grade after Dai Koyamada's Karamba, at Shiobara, which she did almost exactly one year ago.
