Daniel Woods made the first ascent of The Game almost three years ago, and then Carlo Traversi repeated it a year later.
Originally, Daniel suggested 8C+, but since then some of the holds have grown(?!) and made easier beta possible.
For Jon Cardwell, it was the first of the grade and he thereby joins the exclusive club of climbers who have done both 9a and 8C.
Meanwhile at Red Rocks, Nevada, Dave Graham has made the second ascent of Paul Robinson's Meadowlark Lemon, 8C.
