In this video Adam Ondra climbs Terranova and Gioia, which are the only two (more or less) confirmed 8C+'s in the world.
Terranova at Holstejn, Lidomorna, near Brno was put up by Adam two years ago, whereas Gioia, at Varazze, was opened by Christian Core three years earlier.
Gioia was originally given 8C, but has been upgraded since. Core has also stated he was pretty sure it was 8C+ when he made the first ascent:
