Dai Koyamada, the man who has probably climbed more 8C than anyone, has made the first ascent of Amateras, ~8B+.
I have been climbing for a month at Mt. Hiei in Kyushu in the southern part of Japan. I have opened some hard lines and made the first ascent of Amateras, 8B+ on 19th January.
Among them, I can say Amateras is the most wonderful line of my climbing life.
Anyway, it is a cool line!
There are a lot of hard lines so I am planning to stay there again this Spring.
