Martin Stráník has made the first ascent of his most difficult problem so far, Sick of Sunshine, ~8B+ at Labské údoli in the Czech Republic.
Although he took a silver medal in the World Bouldering Championships as far back as 2007, he is still only 23.
According to Martin, this was his hardest to date, but not the first of the grade as he repeated Bernd Zangerl's memento, ~8B+, in September last year.
Now he has set his sights on Thomas Willenberg's legendary 8C's in Sachsen, so stay tuned!
