Angela Eiter has repeated Hades, 9a, at Götterwandl, near Nassereith, Austria and Zauberfee, 8c+, at Eremo near Arco.

For many years Angie was the best competition climber in the world. Her record of four World Championships, three over all World Cup victories, one European Championship and six Arco Rock master titles speaks for itself.

Now, at the respectable age of... 28, she is since a couple of years retired from the competition scene and has been focusing on climbing hard on rock instead.

As expected, her achievements have been just as impressive here as well, with many 8c's, several 8c+'s and now her first 9a.

After repeating Christian Bindhammer's Zauberfee she turned her attention to another Bindhammer FA, Hades at the Götterwandl and succeeded only three days later. At the same crag she has also made the first ascent of Hercules, 8c+.

Earlier this year, in Rocklands, she did Fragile steps, her first 8B boulder problem.
