Newsflash Alphane, 9A, for Jakob Schubert
Jakob Schubert has made the fifth ascent of Alphane, 9A, in Chironico, Switzerland.
Jakob Schubert has flashed 3 satellites, 8c+, in Andalusia, Spain.

It seems Jakob has been training well this winter. Earlier this year, he made the first repeat of Adam Ondra's Planta de Shiva, 9b, and now he has made his hardest flash ascent to date.
Previously he has both onsighted and flashed 8c, but as far as I know never 8c+.
In short, it's looking good for the upcoming competition season for the currently #2 ranked.
