Elsewhere on the main face, Ben Heason and Simon Moore climbed the 23 pitch 2001 route, A Wonderful Life over 2 days, all on-sight, dispensing with previous aid and adding four independent pitches. Their variation, The Turning Point included 3 E6 pitches, the last two climbed in the dark after 15 hours on the go on their second day.
Numerous high quality boulder problems and short routes were also climbed around base camp up to V8 and E7.
