Birkett: "Routes at Pembroke are easier than in other places"

In a short video at Posingproductions.com, Dave Birkett comments on the grade of Dave Pickford's new route at St Govan's Head in Pembroke, The Brothers Karamazov E9 6c that he repeated on Tuesday 5th June.

"It's a tough one........routes at Pembroke are easier than in other places and I don't think.......?"

As I understand it the peg was psychological only. Only in a couple of centimetres and downward facing. And there were still a couple of hard moves after it, above a boulder beach fall. End of the Affair has one 6C move above a ground fall and it's E8.
