At the risk of stating the obvious, would it be worth including a note to the effect that just because someone ticked it doesn't mean it was actually "in" at the time, and even if it was then it doesn't necessarily mean it'll be "in" (and safe) tomorrow? I like the idea though, particularly the map - you could probably extend that bit to trad as well to help people who are wondering which high mountain crags have had time to dry or which bits of grit aren't unhelpfully green and slimy...
