Kintsugi, ~8C, by Nalle Hukkataival

Nalle Hukkataival has made the first ascent of Kintsugi, Font 8C, in the Mud Springs Canyon at Red Rocks, Nevada.

As is often the case when Nalle makes a first ascent, Kintsugi is a big proud line where keeping it together at the end is... vital.

Perhaps the strong Finn felt he had had enough drama for a while, considering he cut his calf badly on a sharp rock recently, and that luck should now be on is side. What do I know?

Now the plan is to party in nearby Las Vegas: "...stretch hummers for the whole crew!!"

As far as I understand it Kintsugi literally means "golden repair" and is the art of fixing broken pottery. It's not too far fetched assuming this is a reference to the repair of Nalle's calf.
