This coming Saturday it's our Birthday! So to celebrate we are hosting the 3rd annual ROCFest.

Once again there's a party going down, with a fancy dress theme and a fully licensed bar (and soft drinks for the kids!), so come prepared!

What is the ROCFest and can anyone enter?

The ROCFest is one of the largest and most inclusive competitions in the UK climbing calendar. Last year's ROCFest was pumping with over 200 people competing and another 150 spectating. The beauty of the ROCFest is that it is suitable for all abilities. Climbers can enter and win prizes, no matter their climbing grade. Last year saw some of the cream of crop (including Shauna Coxsey, Dan Varian, Ned Feehally, Dave Barrans and Katie Whittaker) climbing alongside over 150 veteran, junior and beginner level climbers, and a great time was had by all!

This year we have added a Junior Final with cash prizes!

The ROCFest is a full day climbing event and for both Adults and Juniors (11-15) the final will be held in front of the infamous Rock Over Crowd who will blow the roof off. Dan Varian commented last year that it was deafening, but amazing and he had never experienced anything like it.

Who sets the routes?

World Cup and World renowned setters Ian Vickers and Jamie Cassidy will be setting the routes for the qualifiers and finals, including the junior finals!

What else?

There are loads of prizes for every category, including spot prizes and a raffle. All prizes are generously supplied by our sponsors - DMM, Helly Hansen, Cotswold Outdoors, Metolius, Evolv and Proper Maid. More sponsors to be announced.

To top it all off there is amazing home-cooked grub to fill you up after a great days climbing, as well as Huge Tunes, a licensed bar and of course brilliant climbing. So come on down, have a climb, some good food, a beer and watch some of the UK's best climbers battle it out in a spectacular final.
