Kouba is a climbing protection manufacturer with 15 years of experience in making active cams, passive nuts, nut tools and rigging plates. Complete manufacturing and assembly takes place exclusively in the Czech Republic and with the assistance of Czech companies. We also produce components or even whole products for companies as Rock Empire, Omega Pacific and many more. In the past we worked together with Wild Country and Salewa as well.

Fjallraven unveils new G-Loft Supreme insulation

Scandinavian outdoor clothing expert Fjallraven has winter-weather protection wrapped up with the launch of its brand new insulation, G-Loft Supreme. Developed in conjunction with Austrian insulation experts Goldeck Textil, G-Loft Supreme offers the exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio of down, combined with the wet-weather functionality of synthetic insulation.

Made from a unique mix of hollow and super-thin polyester fibres, G-Loft Supreme has an innovative construction that similarly to down, results in countless small air pockets each trapping warm air for effective insulation against cold temperatures. However, unlike down which can lose functionality in wet weather, G-Loft Supreme retains its warming abilities even in very wet weather.

The advanced new insulation will feature on Fjallraven's new Keb Loft Jacket. An extension of the multi award-winning Keb range, the Keb Loft jacket can be worn either alone or as an additional layer in changeable conditions. Lightweight and packable thanks to the pliant polyester exterior, G-1000 reinforcements at the hem, pockets and inside the front opening enhance the jacket's durability.

Fjallraven's new G-Loft Supreme insulation and the Keb Loft jacket will be available in stores from this autumn.
