HOT ROCK IS BACK!!

For those of you that haven’t heard or come across our Expeditions before we can officially announce that Expedition Hot Rock is back!

Through the years ‘Hot Rock’ has circumnavigated the Globe, traveled through war torn countries, baked bread with Bedouins in the desert and more importantly always enjoyed the journey. All this is just part of the adventure when on the hunt for the perfect piece of rock to hang from.

2015 will also be a busy year for Expeditions. From January 3rd we will be leaving the safe confines of the campsite in central Argentina and hitting the dusty road once again. We’ve decided to pack the truck full of portaledges/ haul bags and go in search of the big stuff this time, long days on rock is what its all about! With a healthy dose of sport climbing and bouldering to keep us in shape!

If you are new to Hot Rock or Expeditions in general it can be a daunting prospect. But fear not, you don’t need to be a hardcore climbing superstar or masochistic suffer freak to have a good time.  We enjoy kicking back with a beer and even having the odd rest day, all the while being surrounded by towering peaks to take the edge off.

If you’ve ever dreamed of going on an Expedition but never had the time, know – how or team to pull it together then maybe Hot Rock is for you.  Or maybe you just want an adventure with some like minded people to share the experience!

Whatever your reasons, if you have the spirit of adventure and don’t mind getting involved and grubby we think an Expedition with Hot Rock is a life changing experience. Be warned, once a dirtbag always a dirtbag….
