UKClimbing caught up with top ice climber Tim Emmett just a few days after he returned to Europe having completed his three year project - Spray On - possibly the world's hardest ice climb.
We interviewed Tim and saw him walk up a WI5 icefall, and also onsight the crux M11 pitch of Jedi Master in Cogne.
Judging by this performance (and the size of his arms) we reckon Spray On is pretty tricky.
Tim just says it's the best route he has ever done.
