Full-time Routesetter - The Arch Climbing Wall

We're looking for a great routesetter to join us!

If you're looking for an exciting environment to share your creative routesetting with a wide audience and further develop your skills, this is a dream setup.

You'll have access to the latest holds & volumes, a stripping and washing team, 4 day working weeks to allow you to rest and get outdoor time on rock, ongoing creative development workshops, fully paid professional accreditations, subsidised physio treatment, and regular skill exchanges with climbing centres across the UK and Europe.

Full-time routesetter:

Your role is to work within the routesetting team and create exciting problems at all of The Arch centres.

Applicant requirements:

Applicants should have at least 1 year of commercial routesetting experience

Successful candidates need to be able to show they can work well in a team environment

The role starts on the 24th February 2020

Hours and location:

The role is around 30 hours a week, divided across our three London centres (Bermondsey, Burnt Oak & Acton), with the occasional trip further away depending on projects. Working times are sometimes irregular, when setting for a competition or during events.

Package:

£25,884 per year
