"You come here and you climb all the good problems but then you have the feeling that for the rest of your life - in Scotland - you will find another one like this... and another one... and another one."

Dave MacLeod is no stranger to first ascents in Scotland, large or small.

In this short video by Peter Murray featuring MacLeod and John Watson of Stone Country, Dave makes the first ascent of a long and powerful roof problem at a remote cave near Arisaig in the north west highlands.

Dave muses on the difficulties of continuing hard bouldering whilst living in the highlands of Scotland.
