We are looking for Instructors and front of house staff to assist in the running of our brand new climbing facility currently being built as part of the development at Handy Cross Hub, High Wycombe.

The front of house team and all of our instructors have, in some respects, the most important roles of all as you are the people that all of our customers will experience during their time here and the people who they will remember. You will also deliver the sessions and activities that really define High Sports and the exceptional quality that we strive to provide.
The Front of House team, for these positions we are looking for individuals who come from a customer service background. Being the first point of contact for our customers, these people will be the face of the company.
It is important that Instructors are confident and enthusiastic individuals who want to share their knowledge with the greater climbing community. The role will be varied running anything from a 5 year olds birthday party to teaching adults to lead climb. We offer all staff an intensive training and development programme so you do not need to have any previous instructing experience to apply. We also welcome applicants who already hold NGB Awards such as CWA/SPA.
Interviews for this position will be held on Friday 6th November at 11am.
