I don't know how many people were aware how good the writing on Cycling Tips was, until the USA Outside group took over at effectively destroyed it.
Just about all of the journalists from there are getting a subscription model (no ads) site off the ground. Meaning true journalistic independence. Buy in with a years subscription. As it's still gathering the seed money there's little to see. But it's a magnificent set of journalists, so I'm happy to recommend it being worth your money.
