Planning on parking at Ingleton, 9ish then biking to Hawes to find a spot on Buttertubs. The road closures talk about parking but dont say if the B6255 is closed to bikes.

Anyone got any other information or suggestions ? Thanks

The B6255 isn't closed at all - they're only closing the route itself, so that'll be a key route for vehicles to get to and from Hawes. Even on the route itself you can cycle until about an hour before the caravan comes through.

Roads are open to bikes. On the actual route the roads close to cyclists about half an hour before the publicity caravan comes through.
