What the chequered flag and number next to it signifies?

What the double ended arrow signifies?

What the yellow jersey with a number next to it signifies?

The chequered flag and number indicates that the group numbered is the distance given from the end.
The yellow jersey with number indicates what group on the road the yellow jersey wearer is in, and the arrow in the middle indicates the time difference between the groups numbered.
