Ahhh, knew they were a biotech co. but didn't know about EPO.

In fact, the entire company got off the ground by buying up IP on EPO that was initially generated through publicly funded research.

This is very old news, not sure what the point of bringing it up again is ?
Because the Tour of California was on Eurosport after the Giro coverage last week (otherwise I would not care enough to follow it), and I still find it funny that the main producer of EPO and derivatives sponsors a pro cycling race.

If you micro-sponsor its really hard to get caught sponsoring inappropriately. Maybe that's a cross-thread to something else...
