Have Sky given any details of what the problem was ? If it was electronic gears again then I have no sympathy with them. The whole point of a bike is that it is a purely human driven mechanical device. Anything electronic should be purely peripheral.

Riding the reports it does sound as if Nibbles may have won anyway, as he did against Froome at Tirreno. Has to be favourite for the Giro I reckon
