I thought a lot of the workouts were really long compared to the youtube videos
e..g GCN workout typically 40 minutes on youtube and 60 minutes on Zwift., so I made a lot of my own.
At the moment doing two of: one workout, one race and one recover ride on Zwift each weekish.... (but I am training 6 days a week in total over several sports), so I'm not sure how much I will improve by next spring, but hopefully it'll be better than not doing it.
