Looking for a campsite or cheap gite to accommodate 9 people for the bank holiday weekend. I was looking for suggestions as some campsites don't allow 9 people in one tent

Try 'la Musardiere', it's my 'go to' site, they're fairly relaxed.

We enjoyed la Musardière, it was a great location and a nice campsite however they are very expensive. It works out the same price to rent a gite / airbnb for us on our next trip, where we get a fridge, clean showers and comfier beds! 

We have stayed as a group that size at a gite at St Martin en Biere which is pretty good. There are two gites owned by the same people next to each other; same size.
