Lakes Bouldering - Askam Pier

Has anyone been bouldering at Askam Pier before at Askam in Furness? I walked past there tonight at low tide and the potential for some great V1-V4 grades looks incredible, at least a dozen I spotted, can't wait to get back there with the shoes, why hasn't this been found before?

In reply to timf: I went there for a look round a while ago but thought it wasn't worth bothering with. It's a slagheap which has been stuck together with concrete and all the landings are covered in seaweed and wet sand.
